Please join us for an ONLINE Level 1/2 Ashtanga Yoga Flow (Rocket Vinyasa). All are welcome.

A mixture of the first, second and third series from the Ashtanga Lineage, this class blends the traditional practice with poses familiar from the much loved, vinyasa flow variety. (Think Crow Pose, Forearm Stand, Pigeon, Side Plank). This class will build strength and endurance. Curiosity and an open mind isn’t necessary, but it helps. Options, modifications, walls and props are used to make this practice as accessible as possible. All levels welcome.
