Hi Friends, Shonna here :)

Beginning this January, I am grateful and honoured teach my final eight classes with Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge as I close my 12th year at the helm of Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge.

My time in Lethbridge has come to a close and I have settled in Kelowna, BC with my family. I have been supported and welcomed by all of you in the wellness community over the past decade+. I’ve had the time of my life and been afforded more trust, friendship and joy than I could have ever hoped for. From the bottom of my heart, thank you dearly.
