We begin with a slow, intentional flow…guided by breath and spacious awareness.
This grounding practice warms the body with fluid, accessible movement that releases tension, supports mobility and prepares the nervous system for deep rest.
The journey ends with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative experience often described as yogic sleep. You are invited to settle into stillness, drift into a state between wakefulness and dreaming and gently restore the mind and body. Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep and create a sense of inner peace.
