Join us for a one hour, Level 1/2 Vinyasa Yoga class at Casa, Upper Dance Studio. Drop in’s welcome or sign up on website. All are welcome. Class is based on a “pay what you can” scale, which allows us to continue this program in the community.

Sliding scale of $0/$5/$10/$15 for practice. Payment can be made on website ore transfers to: popupyogalethbridge@gmail.com.

If you are unable to financially pay for class, please still join us. We ask you offer an act of kindness or compassion in our YQL community in an energy exchange for the teachings.
