Join Kendall Bowes and Shonna Lamb in YQL to become a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher in our Flow State 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program (est. in YQL in 2020).

2023/2024 Dates (Sat & Sun’s): The in-person training will take place one weekend a month from September 2023 - June 2024 (10 weekends).
Weekend 1: Sept 16/17
Weekend 2: Oct 14/15
Weekend 3: Nov 4/5
Weekend 4: Dec 2/3
Weekend 5: Jan 13/14
Weekend 6: Feb 3/4
Weekend 7: March 2/3
Weekend 8: April 6/7
Weekend 9: May 4/5
Final Weekend: June 1/2

Hours, Location and Cost?

The program takes place in Lethbridge, AB. The hours are Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm. Program Cost is $3200 + GST.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required upon registration.

Can I do payment plans?

Absolutely. Email us to tailor a plan to your specific current needs. We ask the program is paid in full by April 2024.

Are there any pre-requisites?

An open mind and spirit. Curiosity and desire to dive in. It’s beneficial to have at least six months of asana (postures) practice.
