INSIGHT: A 50 HOUR YOGA NIDRA TEACHER TRAINING

For anyone who has experienced the travels inward through the practice of Yoga Nidra and wants to know more, whether to teach or understand, we invite you to join us in study this September.

Let’s dive into a 50 hour certification of Yoga Nidra, also known as transcendent rest, yogic sleep, psychic sleep and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest).

Our next program is running Tuesday evenings (6p -9p MST) in September - November 2025 (online only). This program will be a blend of synchronous and asynchronous sessions.

2025 Live Class Dates (Tuesday’s from 6p - 9p MST)
Session 1: Sept 16
Session 2: Sept 23
Session 3: Oct 7
Session 4: Oct 21
Final Session: Nov 4

The asynchronous portion will consist of weekly reading assignments, pre-recorded video content and reflection/contemplation assignments to be completed between September 16 - November 30, 2025.
