4 week series with Shonna. Inspired by restoration, introspection, Lady Winter, flipping decades and rebelling against the "hustle". Option to do one or many sessions, no pre-registration required.
Dress as comfortable as you're willing to be in public. I'm talking softest blanket, sweater, socks, etc. If you're a fidgeter, bring crystals to hold. If you want to sweeten your space, bring an item of meaning to adorn your mat. You might bring a head pillow or eye pillow and possibly a loved one or two.
We will do 30mins of Yin Yoga and 30 mins of Yoga Nidra. If you have anxiety, troubles sleeping, want deeper rest in your life, this practice may soothe you.
What's Yoga Nidra and what's in it for me? 
It's believed a 30 min yoga nidra practice is the equivalent to 2 - 4 hours of deep sleep. We simply run better as humans when our iOS systems are fresh and relaxed. 
As always, Class is by suggested donation, all levels welcome. ($10 general, $5 students). Think slow, intentional, cozy. Bring your curious self and we'll see you there.
